Hello, I wanted to give you an update on Lexi (who we named Lacey).

She is adjusting better than we could have ever imagined. She’s very different from when we first met her in the best way. She walks so well on a leash and is generally calm except for her evening Zoomies as we call them. She is definitely afraid of other dogs her size or bigger so that may be the reason for a lot of the behaviors you saw while she was at your rescue. She’s not aggressive towards them but definitely is scared and hides behind us on walks. We are going to work on it. I think the biggest thing is that she trusts us enough to bring us her toys and allows us to take them as we please. She has claimed our bed as her bed and sleeps with us every night so far and truly has completed our family. I cannot thank you enough for allowing us to have our girl and We really couldn’t imagine life without her already.
