Twix aka Allie has a new home!

Twix now adopted by an exceptionally nice husband and wife who were heartbroken from the loss of their older female shepherd from severe spinal disease. Twix had been adopted only about a week when the previous the pet parent received bad news about her health and was going to have surgery. That petparent realized she wasn’t going to be able to care for Twix, especially because she did not have a fenced yard, and it was going to be very hard to walk her. Twix is doing very well in her new home. She loves her fenced yard. And both she and her new Petparents are very happy together. Check out Twix’s big smile.

Ash is the one!

Ash’s new Petmom, is a school counselor, Petdad is working on his doctorate in music education, and they have two beautiful, very loving daughters who love animals! The youngest daughter couldn’t wait to get a dog. The older daughter really is attached to the family cat but looking forward to having Ash in her family. The family waited to get situated in their own home before getting a dog. So, they were so happy the time has come, and Ash is the one.
We explained in detail how to slowly adjust the dog and cat to each other and all precautions to take including adding a cat door to the finished basement for the cat to go into.

Callie, with her upbeat personality, will help heal Petmom’s and her family’s hearts!

Petmom adopted a Saint Bernard mix, Chewy aka Jeep, from us eight years ago when he was five years old. Sadly he recently died of kidney failure. Callie will live with Petmom, Petdad and Petmom’s Dad. She will also have lots of visits from the daughter and her family living right in the next town. Callie now lives near the beautiful Wharton State Forest – which has lots of trails in it. Petmom had taken Jeep on trail walks almost everyday and will continue with Callie. Remember to place a good flea and tick preventative on your dog just like Callie’s petparents are doing. Callie’s new pet parents always love their animals! We love when our previous excellent adopters come back to adopt again from us.

Woofer aka Buck and pet dad are perfect together!

Woofer aka Buck needed an adopter who is home a lot. This Navy Veteran wanted a new four-legged family member. He wanted to spend lots of time with his dog, taking long walks together, playing in the fenced yard, and just hanging out watching TV. The extended family live right nearby and the very day of the adoption Woofer aka Buck visited them.

Spike has a new pet dad!

Spike’s previous pet dad passed away and it was very hard on Spike. We made sure Spike went home with his two favorite toys that we had given him. He used to hug one of them in his bed for some emotional support. It was like a security blanket for him. Spike had been treated for heartworm. So, it’s so nice to see that sparkle in his eyes with a big smile.

Whiskey is now in an experienced dog family.

Petdad was in the marines and now works from home in IT. Their female Belgium Malinois in the picture was rescued from a local rescue who rescued her from one of the islands. She loves to play with the pup teasing him with a toy. Their other sweet, adorable dog in the picture is really Mommy’s dogie and was rescued originally starved. Two gentle 24 lb. dogs also in the family are not in the picture.
