Even though she was broken hearted and missing her beloved pet who died of old age, we suggested she meet some of our homeless pets that we felt might be right for her. Although she wasn’t sure she was ready for another pet, we thought she might feel a special connection and feel ready if she met some of our homeless pets. Well, Rusty and she really bonded right away, and the rest is happy history for the happy hound!
